2011 CALENDAR CONTEST RULES:
1. All photos must be submitted before Midnight on September 17, 2010.
2. Auto Locator will select no more than 50 finalists that will then be listed and voted on in an online contest to determine the winner and 11 runner-ups.
3. The online voting contest will run September 24 - October 8, 2010. The owner of the vehicle receiving the most votes will have their vehicle featured on the cover of the 2011 Auto Locator Calendar, and their vehicle on a month of their choice!
Eleven runner ups will also be featured in the 2011 Auto Locator Calendar.
4. No purchase necessary, and there is no entry fee to participate.
5. Vehicles NOT for sale are preferred. All photos and stories submitted are the property of Auto Locator.
6. Prior (within the past 5 years) Auto Locator Calendar vehicles are not eligible.
7. All photos submitted (uploaded) become the property of Auto Locator.

We will also be traveling to area Car Shows and Cruises throughout the year and taking photos of vehicles for consideration in the 2011 Calendar. If we see your vehicle and want to consider it for the 2011 Auto Locator Calendar, we will let you know and have a short form for you to complete. If you are not at your vehicle, we will leave a form for you to contact us. We will continue to accept photos through the mail and this website. IMPORTANT: Please include your name, address and daytime phone number.

Tips to help your vehicle be selected as a winner...
1. Be sure that you have a good photograph of your vehicle. (This is very important!)

Sun should be behind the photographer taking the photo

Photo should have a good background
~ no houses, people, or bad shadows
~ background colors should make car "stand out" not blend in -
Photo should be taken from an angle to show the front and one side of vehicle
2. Send photos that are from a photo lab and not a photo that is printed from an inkjet color photo printer. If using a digital camera, shoot at the highest resolution, or best quality that your camera is capable of. (should be at least a 3 Megapixel camera for best results)
3. Be sure to send us all your contact information including day phone number (if possible) in case we need to get another photo from you or need more information.
